Some have been $100 in frustration though. ;)

I was familiar with A-10s and F-16s, so I knew how to start them without too much flight manual assist.

The BD-5 is quite simple.  The F-14 is just a matter of finding all the controls/switches/knobs.

BUT! :-/

I have yet to have any success with a survivable take-off in the Vulcan. :D

I have memorized How to  start up the Vulcan. It is actually quite easy.

Got to:http://www.fspilotshop.com/product_info.php?products_id=2006

Watch the product video and it should help. That is how I learned how to start up the Vulcan. Just make sure you watch it full screen. ;) Hope it helps! :)

I sat in silence flipping switches and pushing buttons for a long while before I got the Vulcan in the air.
Even after you get it started it still isn't flyable until you activate the control surfaces......I've flown it, but I suspect that it wasn't exactly "by the book". I am currently reading the manual so that I can do things on purpose ;D

I purchased the Vulcan last week and have spent a lot of time sitting on the tarmac in as well.   ;D  I need to read the manual.
