The Airbus A319 Series...

Postby Fly2e » Sat Nov 07, 2009 4:51 pm

The A319 is one of the smaller members of Airbus' highly successful single aisle airliner family currently in service and competes with Boeing's 737-300 and 737-700. The A319 is a minimum change, shortened derivative of the highly successful A320. The major difference between the A320 and A319 is that the latter is shorter by seven fuselage frames, while in almost all other respects the A319 and A320 are identical.

Hi Fly2e, is that a ProjectOpensky model, or is it a purchased plane?

We're waiting for the new PMDG 737, but if this A319 has a great cockpit then we'd love to buy something now!  ;)

haha Posky doesn't have any airbuses aside from the A330 and A340-200/300 ;)

I was also wondering what model this. I was thinking it was the new Airsimmer A320 but that is for FS9 only at the moment :P

Why not use the newer Project Airbus A320 with the FSX model?
