My Turn!

... to show off the new PMDG J41

Still haven't even turned the engines on and I've been reading the manual for at least 2 hours!

:o

EDIT:

Moving the power levers back too fast to remove the Engine Start Locks (gosh, that sounds smart) will result in the following:

I really think the most elaborate part of the entire thing is the engine start. Once it's past that, the rest of it is no more complicated than any other plane.

Regarding starting....
Switching the Master and Alternator switches on, pumping the Primer Knob 3 times, making sure the Mixture knob is pushed fully in, cracking the Throttle Knob open slightly, making sure the Hand Brake is fully on, rotating the Ignition/Starter switch to the start position, and waiting for the engine to fire, is as much complication as I want/need...;)...!

....or get out and hand swing the Prop... 8-)...

Hey Paul... yea, that's what I'm also used too. This model is really complex and having to learn it is a completely different experience!

Throttle and prop movements need to be done nice and slow LMAO  I lit the engines up more than once adjusting the props on landing.  Give yourself time to adjust speed and altitude  ;)

That Cockpit looks as completed as setting up my VHS box of tricks to record a TV program for me!... :'(...!

...and press the "Off" button on my VHS Recorder...;)...!
