FS9, with Ground Environment Pro and Active Sky.
Also used is pancv4.zip (flightsim.com) for Ted Stevens International Airport (PANC).

looks like a refueling shot...minus the boom, well played

FSX Acceleration settings on max, no twitches or glitches.
