Looks like Blue Sky Oahu scenery, which is free  ;)  You can find it here at SimV in the scenery section  ;)

Megascenery indeed. REX for weather and Carenado's Cessna 182 RGII, Aerosofts Twin otter, some freeware crop duster and Posky 777.
