an oldie this week!

story: i was doing the denai base camp mission with the captainsim C-130, landed rough, but made it down. managed to get back off the ground, but on the rotation, i 'clipped' most of my gear along with an engine, a flap, and a few other importnat bits!... made it back to the planned

Well the contest ends tomorrow and I only count five entries. I guess they are all finalists this month. Pretty poor showing. I wonder if Shane will continue to keep this contest going. I don't think I would with this lack of interest. :(

It's just that their isn't that many payware emergency items on the market.  I don't think its lack of intrest more its too hard to find the right one to fit the catagory.  Next time lets do something easy like ga aircraft or something. :)

I think the problem may be that in trying to come up with cool original themes, I go a little overboard.

Maybe if someone else came up the themes, it may pick up a little?

Maybe the payware themes should mirror the freeware comp theme? 

I'm open to ideas to make this work if it's a wanted feature. I have commited to running it for at least all of 2009. If it continues on into 2010 is dependant on how it fares the remainder of this year.
