Pick Up In The Himilayas

Postby BigTruck » Wed Apr 22, 2009 11:30 pm

The Norwegian scientists finished a few days of research near one of the lakes in the middle of the mountain range, and they were ready to be picked up and brought to higher altitude.

Really excellent shots. With your love of the Twin Otter and Nepal, you should check out Eagle Valley Air. We have a hub in Kathmandu and a whole bunch of Twin Otter flights into the mountains.

;D  I should have mentioned that everyone survived and made it back to base camp in time to play cards and laugh about the second plane they wrote off (first set had them leaving the plane on a different mountain top)

One of these days they'll complete a trip and actually return WITH the aircraft.   ;D
