In FSX, use Trilinear filtering, an make sure AA is unchecked. Then in your video card control panel (if you use an nVidia card, use nHancer, which can be found on www.nhancer.com) and set the highest anisotropic filtering, along with a level of AA, that works for you

i use the default AA and my graphics card enhances it

That's up to you, but the default AA takes up a horrendous amount of resources
