Yeah, me also...
In FS9!

Lets see what you can do with FSX!

The only person here posting incredible FSX shots is Nick IMHO. His enviroment is looking real nice! AND you need a very high end machine to do it,... and I do not have that high end machine anymore to run FSX. Like I said, FS is deleted for me so I am focusing on FSX, Eventually with my new rig, I will tweak my FSX shots.

It isn't easy to get a shot on my machine with no blurry ground textures. Plus I need some more payware to fill up my sim so my shots look like my "fully loaded FS9".

I will get there eventually.

Your nuts

those shots are very realistic and give the feeling of the environment

hats off Dave, especially running the A8V and a 6xxx nvidia card

WWW does help too, eh?

#1-3 and 4... good eye Dave, cold and captures the area!

And by the way with bloom enabled, is that flyable on your rig above 18 frames?   yea, right

Yes it is...I was getting 20FPS over water...Let me remind you this was from the demo :P ::) :P

[size=16]Sorry Ash, but you have no clue!
Anybody can get great FPS over water!

Try having your settings like this on my now "outdated" FS9 Rig with Ultimate Terrain trying and tons of autogen trying to load in the bush, Then let's talk!

Thanks Nick and I am glad to see you "felt" what I was trying to convey!

Erm, yes I too am aware of the workings of FS...I know flying above water gives anyone good FPS...I think you misunderstood my tone...For future reference, I got 15FPS over land in the demo...I know the full version of FSX will run like crap regardless of where I fly...I'm on a stinking laptop meant for school work. ::)

I was merely saying that I had seen better shots from Dave...Notice how I had never said anything about FSX or FS9...IMO, Dave has taken better shots regardless of what sim he uses.

And Dave, I don't care how good your settings are...Anyone can crank up the settings and take screenies and tune them back down...You don't need to prove anything with me...You say it, I will take your word for it. If you're really that desperate, fine...You have the most beautiful sim in the world running on a rather "outdated" machine...Is that what you really wanted to hear? You definitely win the part about at least having a simulator...Let alone FSX ::)

As for me using FSX, not yet;  because I know it will run like crap on my laptop...When I am in the mood of a rig upgrade, I will let you people know...Geez, gimme a break...

Oh no...Now I'm starting to sound like Jake...Better stop here :-[ :P :-[
