BA into JFK

Postby ThomasKaira » Sun Dec 09, 2007 4:00 pm

John F Kennedy Intl Airport, the busiest airport in the whole of New England, with every major US and European carrier flying in to land in its premises. Today, I added myself to that queue (yet again, JFK is the airport I've spent the most time in in FS :D).

Yes, that airport is quite big...

Huge for that matter.

VNAV and LNAV messed up a bit on getting my plane on course for final approach, so I switched them off and made a procedure turn for the ILS approach to RW4L...

...and landed safely.

This concludes my very first "on your own" flight in the PMDG 747. Stay tuned for the next big adventure... ;)

I have only done one or two flight in and out of JFK just because, well, I dunno. Just nothing too exciting up there.

oh that water! ;D

Thought he was talking about the last shot. RE Pro loves to stretch the definition of "overcast."
