Skagway - Carcross

I recently noticed I had so much great scenery from Alaska/Canada which I'm just not flying. Decided to make up for it forthwith with a flight in the Glacier Bay 2 scenery area... well, here are the shots.

Wierd landforms here, look cool to me though. Could be geysers or calcite formations... or.. something.





Weather cleared up a bit.

Great shots Krigl, I love flying out of Skagway, it's a great little airfield, especially with the AI cruise ships coming & going.

Bob, the plane is Carenado's 206 with the extension pack added - not freeware, but still only a grand total of $29.95 (US), a small price to pay for such a great model.

It is indeed a wonderful plane, especially for waltzing about in the bush....

Very cool shots Roger, I especially like number b! Very nice perspective and that 206 is just such a sweet package ... not to mention all the repaints you can get for her.

I'd like to see more of those bush flying series from anyone, especially for the ones we don't expect it from like Mees or Tom
