Postby Mobius » Sat Nov 03, 2007 12:46 pm

All the fun is in the little ones...;)

Image

Accelerated to 1200 MPH and did a zoom climb to 76,000 ft, let's see you do that in a 747 ;)...

Las Vegas from 76,000 ft...

Idled the engines and glided it back in to Nellis...

And a Mustang, because they're cool :D...

Although I'm not into payware, I agree with your statement. I fly the British Provost jet and I'm up in the clouds in no time while those who fly the big jets are still on the tarmac flipping switches getting ready for takeoff ;)

You need more experience to fly those big jets...Who ever heard of a 25 year old 747 captain?  ::)

;D ;D ;D

Don't you just love when someone uses irony on his own shortcomings?

Cool shots once again Mobius! I love the red Stang! Wonder what Jan Kees has to say about it?

You might get to go higher and faster, but in my 747, I get a cozier seat, I get to lean back, AND get served coffee!  Im a lazy bum i know lol but thats the wonders of a giant jet.

Though in actually I do like F/A-18s as well.  Used to enjoy other fighter sims using that aircraft.

Nice shots btw
Cheers,
RB

Thanks for the comments guys.  Big jets do let you get up to go to the bathroom, so they are superior in that one regard.  But in all the rest... ;)
