A380

Postby FsNovice » Wed Oct 24, 2007 11:16 am

In tribute of the first delivery of the A380, built in part near to where i live, Filton, i thought id get some shots in. Taken in Sydney, where the first flight will actually be.

these shots were taken from the airport hands side, as a pushback assistant!!!!

That looks like a rather decent A380 model...Is it the AFS one?

Cool.... great to think of that brute finally carrying passengers. I wonder if I will ever see one for real. I doub they'll be putting into Prague any time soon...

Cool bird mate ... I love that thing!

The A380 is just as much a revelation as the 747 was nearly 40 years ago
(First commercial flight on January 22, 1970 by Pan Am)

It seems very hard to imagine that as many A380's as 747's (nearly 1400 to date) will be build ...

nice shots there Ashar!
Just a question... is the AFS one any good? I have the overland but it's not the best interior...

I don't have the AFS one and don't want it either...The Overland one is by far the only way to go...It's a really nice model with excellent FPS and awesome VC ;) ;)
