I just set her down. I'm right at mid-runway getting ready to turn off. I thought the taxiway lines made the shot a little more interesting. ;)

Nice birdy, nice scenery ... cool shots Bob.

In the first three I might've used a different livery though ... the white seems not to create a very good contrast against the background, as opposed to the last two where the white is an excellent contrast with the darker ground textures. Or am I nitpicking now :-/

None the less ... great series!

BTW: Yesterday I went over the 100 mark in my D-18 repaint collection ::) That's the kind of nerd I am ;D

Thanks everyone.  I like number three the best also.

Harold, You say you have a hundred D18 repaints. Wow! I didn't think there were that many around. I've got five so far, but I'll be adding some more as I run across more that I like.  The D18 is fast becoming one of my favorite aircraft also. During my hitch in the navy I used to catch a hop in one once in awhile from NAS North Island , San Diego to Phoenix.  It was painted white with orange trim. Do you know where I might find this one?  Also I'm thinking about getting started learning to do repaints if it's not to difficult to learn. The only paint program that I have is the one that came with my computer. It's just called "paint". Can this be used with FSX? If not can anyone recommend a good program. Preferably a freeware program. Thanks in advance.

:)  Bob
