Yep, a freeware Istanbul. I was surprised and impressed, having never been to this part of the world before. It makes you wonder if every country has it's freeware FS gems hidden away somewhere.
A good way to start finding them is this site, if you don't know it already:

Here you can see a ton of stuff in Turkey, just press 'back to scenery overview' and you'll have the whole freeware FS world, nicely ordered, at your fingertips
