Just playing around with the Active Camera demo, I must say I do like the possibilities.

The lights are from Ultimate Terrain USA.... ::)

They look like that from gound level since that whole program was based on 76m terrain mesh I believe.  Hence in some areas if you have a different mesh, especially hilly and mountainous areas, the "city lights" as they are supposed to be, float above the surface quite a bit.  Looks kind of funny from the ground sometimes but in this picture it makes for a weird lighting effect since the angle is so flat.

lol ... I only now saw these shots! But believe it or not, I had the very same idea for the December contest as the plane and angle in the first shot. I only wanted a little more zoom on the Vulcan.

But I completly for got to enter ... :-[

I had a dream this night. I was flying an A-10 with afterburners when my co-pilot (yeah, the A-10 had 2 seats) said that the fuel has run out and we where going to crash. Then I crashed. Then I pushed reset and we where back in the air. Im now officially a proud user of the new "FS Dream". ;)

Great shots! I love that A-10, one of my first payweres. :)
