COLD CANBERRA!

Postby Fly2e » Thu Dec 14, 2006 10:07 am

[center][i][size=13]The English Electric Canberra was first flown in 1950, and yet there were still versions of this fine aircraft in service at the outset of the 21st century. An excellent design overall, the type was also adopted and manufactured in the United States as the Martin B-57.

Nice shots, as always! That orange paint scheme fits her well... ;)

High Flight Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of earth And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings; Sunward I've climbed, and joined the tumbling mirth Of sun-split clouds - and done a hundred things You have not dreamed of - wheeled and soared

The Canberra first flew in 1949... ;) :D

Very nice shots, anyway. Is that a new repaint for it? Can't remember the default German varient being as detailed.

As for Canberra repaints (and downloads of the models), I'd recommend this site. Plenty of variants on there to keep you occupied!

I don't think I saw them!

Yes the white clouds, the blue sky and the orange bird makes for a nice shot, imho!
Thanks again!
