TSC goes to Wrangell.

After seeing Dave's shots of Wrangell here, I decided to have a spot of lunch, throw 10 gallons in the 182Q & head 80nm north to Wrangell (PAWG).

Heading past Ketchikan & the cruise ships:


Nice weather today, clear skies, 50 miles visibilty & just a 10 knot wind from the east:






Downwind leg for Wrangell (PAWG) R10 - well, the map say's 'Wrangell' - but it sure doesn't look like the Wrangell in Dave's pics :


I'll have to head in anyway for more fuel, hopefully somebody more local will shed some light on the mystery of the 'missing Wrangell' - perhaps Scooby-Doo will show up, who know's  ::) :
