Scenery is MegaAirport Frankfurt by Aerosoft...Gotta be my favorite scenery add-on for Germany...I took some shots of it a few months ago...I should be able to give you some links to see some more shots of it...

Not to my knowledge. An interesting tidbit, G-BMRJ was bought by DHL in 2002, before they started fitting 757's with winglets. Tsk tsk, CS.

In fact you can have it without winglets using CptSim's Aircraft configuration utility but then it's all liveries or none... you can't ( to my knowledge ) choose which one have winglets and which one don't have winglets...
