My flight this evening!!
The afternoon in Northern Italy has been quite thundery but the scheduled takeoff from Levaldigi to Venezia Tessera was for 17:25zulu.

I thought I heard a DC-10.


The maintenance record and accident record of the DC10 has always deterred me from flying in them. I have been told the vibration in the tail end is equivalent to having a personal vibrator!!!!!  Anyway with a rwy of 3,723 ft landing or taking off in anything larger than a Wright Flyer would be scary!!!!!!!!!! (in pilot speak Interesting!!!)
