I want to thank all of you for the info about Ariane.

This post has been interesting since I wanted to see what would be said here about Ariane.

This was a test for me to see the reactions to posting shots of a plane from a company that wants to work with my company.

Your honest and straightforward reactions will go a long way towards how I will decide.

Again I thank you all

Nick et. al.

I hoped I would be asked.

First in general I love the older models of the 737 especially the 3,4 and 500 series.

1) This model of the 737-500 is one of Ariane's older models and has no VC which in my opinion is a drawback since I love VCs especially in 737s.

2) The work done on the textures is outstanding and the plane has very high FPS compared to other 737s of the same model but in part this could be do to the lack of VC.

3) I do think the price is high for the regular user and the extra charge for repaints makes it even higher but I take no stand on how people spend what they have rightfully earned.

4) However, the "fun" factor is high and the detail is undeniable and if you have the funds it's a keeper.

5) There are plenty of choices out there both freeware and payware for those who think this is expensive and some of them are also really excellent products such as the Feel There PIC 737.

Soon I'll post some shots of one of Ariane's newer models and

Soon I'll post some shots of one of Ariane's newer models and  the PIC 737 so that everyone can get to see all of them and make their own decisions.

All in all given the "bad" rep this company has gotten my experience has been excellent as far as service and product.

I try to stay a long way away from all the bad press and draw my own conclusions, especially when it is delivered by AVSIM who have their own agenda regarding other companies (who shall remain unnamed )and who also do 737s.

That is one of the reasons that I have always stuck with simviation for many years.

That and of course the lively tete a tete which accompanies some of my posts LOL

An excellent clear up Micheal...I bow my (virtual) hat to you......
