Biblical Approach

Postby Rocket_Bird » Fri Dec 09, 2005 3:09 pm

I was flying cross-country in the mountains today.  Started at Golden BC, Canada and went for Kelowna BC.  As I went on, the weather conditions got worst and worst, and made it harder and harder to see the main highway.  With some miracle, Moses showed up and opened up a lake for me  ;D.  J/k, he didnt really show up, this is actually revelstoke airport.  Im not sure if it FS made this airport like this by default, but I did have Holgar Sandmann's BC mesh installed... hmm

Anyways!

Ya I was a little high on approach, which made it more intimidating.  Had to side slip all the way down.  But I made it :D

I found that when I installed Flight1's Ultimate Terrain AK/CAN along with Holger's BC meshes (and fixes), it corrected that problem as well as a few others in BC (Castlegar comst to mind).

PS: What's up with the scrolling text?  FS Passengers or similar?

I too, noticed some anomalies with Sandmann's BC area.  He has a fix for that...can't remember what it is offhand...

Be careful! I can see Charlton Heston down on the runway!
