Swedish Spit

Postby Dr._Who » Sun Aug 21, 2005 7:46 am

Just for my own enjoyment. This repaint is a modification of Grant MacLeans XIX textures.
My repaint is not exactly the same as it was in real life, but I think I got it pretty close. I didnt have any pictures so i did this from what I remember. What do you think?

From one of my reference books. Could be worth taking a look at S31 over at http://www.avrosys.nu/aircraft/Spaning/217S31.htm and there is a book about S31 (alas only in Swedish) by Axel Carleson called 31 Spitfire Mk XIX i den svenska flygspaningen, published in 1996 by

Needs to be a bit more blue and she is perfect. Take a look at the colours on the S31 site link I put in ;)
