Doc goes russian

Postby Dr._Who » Mon Aug 15, 2005 3:20 am

I`ve almost only been flying russian birds the last 3 days. Know any great ones I should download? I have all of samdims birds...

Anyway: AN72 from Moscow to Sturup, this is the approach. Model is free, Scenery is payware. It has a VC, not a super one, but it will do.

- There is a Tu-144 (all variants: S,D and LL) on avsim with a nice VC
- An-12, Il-14, Mi-8(civ and mil version), Mi-6, Mi-24, Ka-226 by Vladimir Zhulisky Slow site!!
- Anton Nikolaev An-14 and Tu-104
- Simflight.ru Il-76, is on avsim in some sort of Aeroflot package... won't give you all the models though and their own site is dead
- Il-18 py Pavel Hvatkin (Project Il-18 ) Needs updates for FS2004
- Yak-12A
- An-2P, An-2V, Mi-24A and Mi-24D(get the avsim.ru FDE) by Tim Conrad
- Be-103
- Yak-18... just wait for the new freeware one

Payware
- SCDS Yak-40 (released, one of the best panels at the moment)
- Samdim Tu-134 and An-12 (both not out yet)
- IFDG Tu-154M if you want an easy 154... if that isnt the case get the Project Tupolev one
Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones),  Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and [url=http://an24.uw.hu/]An-24RV[/ur

Looks like the basic texture ozzy...

Additional liveries here. Watch out for the spyware-infested ads though  :(
