Eggebek

Postby ramsa329 » Fri Jul 15, 2005 7:14 pm

Very beautiful Cloud9 F-104 flying out of Eggebek Naval AB Germany.

A real challenge to fly and control but definately one of the most striking looking planes in my hangar.

Hope you enjoy!!

How does it compare to the Captain Sim one?

Trickier to fly. Probably slightly more realistic. Both are very well done and both have excellent 2D cockpits as well as VC cockpits although the Cloud9 has more advanced functionality.

But I don't do reviews. LOL

Now I've answered your question now you can answer mine.

Did you like the shots??

Sorry  :-[....

As always, your shots are top-notch!

I've been debating which to get...I think, from what you say, the Cloud 9 one is the one if you only get one version!

I've also been debating getting their Fly the Lakes package!

I was just hoping to get a comparision.  I've been getting more payware lately, but have to watch what I buy...

Thanks though!

Superb shots Michael. The cloud 9 version is the one to have if you require realism, be prepared for a steep learning curve though. If you want to fly this as it was designed, do your homework and read the manual. It's worth it for your first sucessful take off and landing!

Lovely shots man! Amazing!!!

I have the Captainsim one and I think that one is also pretty tricky to land. Wonder how this one flies. You say it's more realistic, but every Starfighter pilot I talked with, says to me this is one of the most stable aicraft they ever flew with.  ::)
