Great series yurei! Although classifying a bunck of students as a "light" load ;D

So what's the scenery?

Also what does CTD mean?

lol your right ;D. well there could have been at least 2 students with the overall weight, not really a bunch though. oh and their backpacks were chucked outta the window when they weren't looking

My only gripe...I have to keep changing the Vertex level back to 19 to fly there and Thunder bay, and to 20 to do the River Gorge and Victoria falls...

Oh well!  It's cool scenery!

And speaking of the Gorge, Sandmann has released an update that makes it even better!

yeah that's a bit annoying. what would actually happen if you don't change it? does it mess up the terrain?

Yep...I at first thought I had a mesh incompatibility, then I read the readme (slaps himself)...

Now I have two copies of the FS9.cfg file...this isn't the only scenery I have with this issue (Thunder bay also needs 19).

mhmm, could my crash be related to this? i read that there can be conflicts with the georender series and i actually did get a crash when i tried to start a flight at the georender6 scenery. i think it explained some stuff in the readme about putting the mesh files somewhere else and whatnot, it became all a bit confusing to me. is someone using georender scenery together with this and could explain how to get it to work together? :-*

or it actually might be a problem with ultimate terrain, since it does cover parts of the area. i dunno

Or might you have the "render to texture" unchecked (my sim won't load most areas if I uncheck that...)

actually yes i do have it unchecked. i don't even know why. i think either something required it or i read somewhere it increases performance. i always had it unchecked and never got a crash though ???. i'm going to try it with checked, let's see if it helpes. thanks for the help jordon
