Postby Nexus » Sun Nov 14, 2004 6:38 pm

There's a first for everything they say, so here are my first pics of the ESDG Citation X.

The livery is available at AVSIM, it's actually the colros of golfer Arnold Palmer's Citation X

that's what you get with a Radeon GFX card, with all the goodies cranked to max (I also choose the light FPS model)  :)

Now, how 'bout that fuelplanner?  ;D

240kts Indicated...442kts on the ground speed...90% on the throttles and 745"pounds per hour" on the fuel flow! You dont' need a fuel planner...Just pull back on the throttles!!! ;D
Absolutley gorgeous screen grabs...The last one looks photo-real!

Get this, the fuelplanner for FS2004 suggested that 1600kgs (3500lbs) would be used during the flight, and since I did not have any real fuelplanner I bought it, so I fueled her up with 1600kgs.

So on the EFIS 031degrees at 44 kts...With a heading of 044 degrees...Yeah, alittle bit of head wind.
Look around... Somebody has to have a fuel planner?
I've never paid much attention to FS-9 Est. fuel useage any way. Most of the time It's prop driven GA for me. Anything over 45-50gph scares me!

Excellent shots as always Nexus!

And the FS fuel planner is about as reliable as a Yugo without oil. You might get that kind of fuel usage if you had a hurricane blowing up your rear

Nexus, you wait THIS long to give us (me) an accurate fuel planning model? ARRRRGHHH! I just checked it against my last three logs and it works almost perfectly.  Now to write this down before my attention span expires... what were we talking about?  ???

O yea, and nice pics too  :)

hehe, you're welcome Beefhole.
It works pretty good, but I'd like to see how my fuelplanning compares to a real CX fuelplanner

Wow, thanks alot!

Eaglesoft has got their citation X specs mighty close to the real thing.
It will make the fuelplanning somewhat easier, so again, thank you  :)
