Well u called the pic totty so how explicit was it lol? or was it oversize? or over 100kb?

Try re-upload. Maybe call it ATR_Int or somthing other than totty!  maybe there is a scanner that pics out certain words and just deleted the files with those kinda names!

Check and see how the pic was saved. Example: jpg, JPEG or even JPG. Upper case and lower case makes a difference or at least it did with me when I was having problems.
