This is actually got payware in it.  The terrain region is payware, and the gauges being used are Reality XP.  You probably would have thought it was freeware all the way if I didn't say anything... ;D

That is the Shrike Commander.  It is freeware and can be found in the Simviation or Avism downloads.  It comes in three different paint schemes.  Excellent aircraft all around. ;D
