Shots on a 5200

Postby Politically Incorrect » Sun May 23, 2004 8:27 pm

These are some of the B25 Briefing Time, using USA Extreme Landscape (both payware) on a GeForce 5200 graphics card.  Everything almost maxed out!
Two shots are without anti-aliasing or antriscopic filtering the other three have both set in the card at 2X, can you tell which ones?

As you can tell I have my FPS set at 40, and average in the 30 range, not to shabby for a low budget card! The B25 is a awesome piece of payware! detail everywhere you look (notice the smoke puffing from the engines), for some reason Irfanview doesn't capture the cockpit??? but you can look out all gun turrets, nose gun, side guns, etc really worth the price!

I must have gotten BT when it was freeware for FS2002. It was a nightmare d/l on my dialup.

3 and 5 don't have filtering, can see the jaggies.  ;)

Very Interesting! Your 5200 certainly seems to handle it ok.

I'll post a link in hardware with my shot.

Wow, nice shots. It seems that the b-25 is coming around again. I just can't get over how real the engine looks. That reflections and the shading are PERFECT. Nice shots.

What is neat if your flying with the exit open (a ladder drops from below) you can look up into the airplane, you can also see all of the detail looking through the gunner areas from the outside. Probably the best aircraft as far as detail goes I have! Definately worth the price, and it also comes with a copy of the pilots manual, actual training film and various other video on how to fly the B25.

Give me some ideas of what I'm needing to tweak on the video card!!!!
I've had it for sometime but video cards aren't my specialty, so any advice as to what I can do would be appreciated!
But like I said it is a great card for the price!
