Goodly morning...

Well done Mike...very nice...

Just a little flying tip if you don't mind....

When landing on what we call Glassy Water try not to land in open water with no outside visual clues.
Use the coastline, tree line, buildings anything because when landing on Glassy Water there are very few ways to tell one's height prior to the floats meeting the water.
Water is as hard as cement and many an aviator has done damage to their bugsmasher because of lack of experience and proper training.
There are also techniques for landing in choppy water but again training and experience is a major factor.
There are a few other Swampers and Float/Seaplane Aviators on this Forum who can pass on a lot more knowledge about Water Landings as well...

Now I will also say if you do a hard landing there are two things that are going to hurt, your butt and your bank account...

Again wonderful work...

Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug
