Very effective, especially the lights.  Not a good time for an open canopy though  :).

Great shot! Like all aspects of it!

A little critiquing if I may?

The water on the ground is quite calm and smooth with it raining. I'm assuming you used the program "Flood" for that effect?

If so, simply play with the sliders to give the water on the ground a more disturbed look. Other than that, excellent work!
My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

Thanks!! No I haven't use flood, mine has expired  - again  >:(

I simply mirrored the top part, and add wave filters etc.
