Operation Vengeance

on 18th of April 1943 16 P-38 G's of the 339th FS equipped with long range Drop tanks took off on a mission to intercept Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto on his inspection tour of Japanese Air units.

It was meant to be a F4U not a P-400 :( i uploaded the wrong one  >:( >:(
