Two for sunday

Postby ShaneG_old » Sun Mar 08, 2009 8:26 am

I did a whole bunch of shots for skoker's JC, so I will be posting them throughout the week. Here are the first couple of efforts.

Thanks for looking. :)

My first try at using a frame, I was trying to get the 'old picture' look to it, I think I got close, but something about it just didn't look right.

This one was taken while flying the hop list online. It has a nice mixture of elements that I find pleasing to the eye, but for the JC, since composites were allowed, I decided to go that route, so this got passed up also.

The first shot looks great! I am not sure if this would work to make it look older, but you could try to reduce the saturation of the light blue in the sky and on the mustang texture a little. Probably the clouds would look older if they were a little more yellow-ish (?)
- Just a suggestion.

Not bad at all  8-)

The plug-ins here might help out with creating different looks.

Sometimes they work, sometimes not :)
