I guess this goes in Edited because I had to manually add bloom in Photoshop....but that's pretty much it. Thanks for looking.  :)

How do you add bloom in photoshop?  I've tried and failed... :-[

Take away the plane and it looks like one of those japanese watercolor paintings. ;)

It was just using a very quick filter in Photoshop Elements. The "Diffuse Glow" filter.
