Is it just me, or is the picture pulsating?

well the dark bit in the left was originally a lighting mistake but then i looked at it a bit and thought it looked kinda like the edge or a window or the camera film or summit?

as for the picture 'pulsating' lol either theres too much motion blur or youve had a few too many beers!
