Independance Day

Postby gtirob01 » Fri Jul 04, 2008 2:39 pm

A day of baseball, hotdogs, apple pie and fireworks. On this day, the 4th of July we celebrate America's independance.

My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

I like it! I guess us Brits dont really have an 'independence day' of sorts like you guys, so we dont understand so much....and it was our fault anyway wasnt it ;D

Its a pity that we are almost not allowed to celebrate being British or English anymore, heck, put a Union Jack out and your told to take it down as it might 'offend' someone! What are things coming to!

I dont usually frequent the edited section but here is my opinion, the concept is great with the BW flag in the background and the paint on the stang ;) very nice idea!

But here is how it could look a bit more appealing, to us Yanks anyway. First you needed to use a larger pic for the flag, when you extended it the resolution got all screwed up, and finally a reflective texture on the stang would of made the whole image POP a bit more.

Heck man fly that Union Jack, who cares what people think, I may even fly one for you, and don't worry about how Americans think of the Brits, most nowadays don't even know the revolutionary took place ;D
