where to edit?

Where do you guys edit your screenshots to make them look better and perfect? If you could let me know thanks!! ;)

I use paint.net for its wonderful photo effects, irfanview for slight resizing and an early version of PS for cropping and general faffing!

I use paint.net for its wonderful photo effects, irfanview for slight resizing and an early version of PS for cropping and general faffing!

I use Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended. Got it from my dad's work...works great.

Not free... $999 USD. That's why I got it from my dad's work. Though, Photoshop 5.5 works just as well for simple editing and is only $20 or 30 USD. I think. ;)

Damn,  ;D Im not that big of an editor for that kind of money. Ill just stick with the free one the guy gave me but ill look into that Photoshop 5.5 for a future refrence if i get better at editing.  :D

Yeah i like paint.net but i dont know much on editing photos.  ;D I only use the stuff i sortof know, i dont get how people edit there stuff so good. I wonder  :o

Experiment. Try everything and anything at all sorts of settings and see what happens. Then youll find a sort of way that produces good results on everything!
