I remember a classic example from a fair while ago - and I hate to use old discussions but it illustrates my point well

"how many special people change.
how many lives are living strange.
where were you while we were getting high?"
"slowly walking down the hall
faster than, a cannon ball,
where were you while we were getting high?"

Where are you getting your quotes from harry? Because I dont think that came from the fighter25 thread...

It did; it was part of one of my long posts; as did the last one.

The strange thing is, by quoting me, he shows that he was completely unprovoked in the first place; except possibly a tiny bit by you, but it has since been blown out of all proportion... plus I'm pretty sure you now regret saying what you said.....

I dont regret my second post on that thread, but yes,  the first one could have been put better.

Reading this from someone who has seen the thread for the first time now, it's pretty obvious who started it. Being involved in something sometimes warps views

SB though.... even if he knows on the inside that he's wrong, he won't admit it to us.....

O Fortuna,
velut luna,
statu variabilis,
semper crescis,
aut decrescis,
vita detestabilis,
nunc obdurat,
et tunc curat,
ludo mentis aciem,
egestatem,
potestatem,
dissolvit ut glaciem'
Sors immanis,
et inanis,
rota tu volubilis,
status malus,
vana salus,
semper dissolubilis,
obumbrata,
et velata,
michi quoque niteris,
nunc per ludum,
dorsum nudum,
fero tui sceleris,
Sors salutis,
et virtutis,
michi nunc contraria,
est affectus,
et defectus,
semper in angaria,
Hac in hora,
sine mora,
corde pulsum tangite,
quod per sortem,
sternit fortem,
mecum omnes plangite!

Ya mon!! ;D

Guys this is pathetic.

In the Fighter25 thread I have to agree it seemed as though NDSP and SB were just being petty and childish, and in fairness I thought you responded with rationality and intelligence.

This has just turned into a slagging match.

Although its a pedantic way of saying it, NDSP and SB, if you can't take criticism yourself then don't dish it out as freely as you have been in the other thread. Nearly everything you described Harry as in the other post is the same with you.

No offence Nick, and I have no hard feelings towards you but in your early stages of SimV membership you were hardly one to take criticism lightly, half the time you didn't take notice of it atall, the other half you took it too seriously saying that your never going to edit again.

Calm down.

Okay, sorry - to Don, you, etcetera etcetera. What would you recommend I do - leave this thread alone or try to carry it on in a civil way?

I think it's beyond the stage of being able to be continued in a civil way.

Just forget it and move on  ;)

The voice of reason and rationality! :)

As far as I am concerned, it's over. Peace! Carry on!  :)

The three threads here featuring the combined efforts of Kleen Harry, NDSP, Spitfire Boy, John_Uk and anyone else who felt like chipping in to the latest outbreak of bad blood at Simv have been referred to the admin forum for mod discussion...
