I don't know what sakura means, but i assume that plane was designed for kamikaze attacks?  Great theme and well executed.  I love the signature at the bottom, fits in perfectly with the rest of the image.

Thanks, M8's! It's an old one, Sytse. Just can't seem to get fired up lately. Yeah, Immelman, it's an Okha.

Now that was a bit painful...  :-/

Can't seem to get fired up? Well...

Listen to what your own voice is telling you!

We don't "think" our way to a great image, we "intuit" our way to a great image. Get too stressed out and you choke off the creative "flow". Trying to fall back on the rational side of the brain just doesn't work. That's not where great images come from.

Heed your own inner voice. It's telling you that you need rejuvenation. Your inner Self will not permit you to make images as you wish unless and until you you first meet it's needs. It's gone on strike and you can't force it back to work. Take care of yourself. Meet your own pressing needs and the images will begin to flow again.

Remember who said that?  ;)

:)

Pretty sensitive of you, Sytse!  ;)

I've battled depression my entire life. Right now it's got the upper hand, as it sometimes does. Started on medication, as I need to from time to time, but it doesn't seem to be effective this time around. I suppose I'll have to try a different one. That's what they do. "That one didn't work? Here, try this one!", hee, hee! 8-)

It's unpleasant, inconvenient, interferes with things and is a general nuisance. However, I always win in the end because I fight back and quite simply refuse to surrender under any circumstances. "That which does not kill me makes me stronger." ...and, trust me, it ain't gonna kill me!    ;)

Thank you, Gentlemen!  :)

Depression is merely one of a myriad of challenges which life can throw at one, Spitfire Boy. Fortunately, the answer to dealing with any of them is precisely the same; take the bull by the horns! Never run away from a challenge. Always run at it, with vigor! Engage the battle! Simply refuse to surrender and, in the end, victory will be yours!  ;)

Bjorn, the world would be a much duller place without you, my friend!  :)
