ive been meaning to do this composit for ages, took the screenshots about 2 months ago now :P

Nice one, M8!  :)

My only thought would be to top crop so that 1) the planes are more centered in the image and 2) so that there isn't so much "dead space" at the top. Just a matter of personal taste, of course!  ;)

It's a nice shot and the lighting is very good.. Harry has some good points there.

cheers, yeh i had one of those late thoughts that i should have added stars in the sky but by then i was eating dinner and me being me didnt have an up to date PSD file for the image... GRR!

If you choose to, John, you can open the current .jpg in PS and save as a .psd file. Google for VanDerLee PS filters. They have a freeware "snowflake" filter which you can use to make a star field. It's fully adjustable as to "particle" size, density, etc..  8-)

Nice contrast and colours, but the lighting is weird. On some clouds is coming from the left and on some other from the right. It's confusing. The aircraft should be more in the center too imho.
