Cheat the system? Heres how!!!

Postby FlyBajan » Sat May 19, 2007 9:44 am

Ok, so it really isn't cheating but I did sort of figure a way to show an entire pano as I see them on my screen.
this represents 360 degrees. The first and last images actually match back. I simply turned a finished pano on
it's side and divided it into five equal shots! Of course you have to give yourself neck strain to look at it! If you
have time on your hands, you could always copy the five images. rotate and reassemble them in Photoshop!

(sure wish I could get rid of that thin white space between the shots. Oh well!!)

Hee heeeeee! You have more patience than I do, M8!  :o

Could try using the clone tool to fill in the white lines. It wouldn't be perfect but it would get rid of the white and blend pretty decently, I think.  ;)

First off, thanks for all the nice comments! MUCH APPRECIATED!! Second, I'm not sure if you were joking
about selling a print on eBay, but I would never consider it because I would be selling someone else's creation.
Some brilliant programmers rendered the scenery and planes, whereas I just manipulated them a bit!

Also, you should know that my comment about the thin white spaces was a reference to the fact that when
you post images there is a space between them. I was just trying to show a screenshot that was larger
than 800 pix wide. (hence "cheat the system") As I mentioned originally, the image is complete and I divided
it into 5 equal shots. The original looks like this:

Well on lower resolution monitors it appears as one continuous shot.  On my other computer which is 1024X768 it was continuous.
