This time i experimented with different types of blurs and all of that.....

I like how its colored but your heat blur (i'm guessing thats what your trying for) takes more away form the pic then it adds.

So should I quit trying to put on heat blur? .. or just try to use a different method?

Well if thats the only method the program your using allows id stop, but if you can try a different way id like to see it ;)

If you're really into editing... try learning how to use the GIMP or you could buy an older version of Photoshop for less money since they're almost the same in functionality ;)

Paint.net works wonders for me. Id probably be better with Photoshop, but I have no money on me... so Paint.net does the job for free 8-)
