Like I've said before most of the filters you use ruin the pic. Look for tutorials for gimp or whatever you use and try composites for example.

I agree with Monkey^. Also, note, that, simply slapping a bunch of filters onto your screenshots, will not get you alot of replies.

Au contraire, it tends to be the 'slapped of filter jobbies' which get the most replies on here for some reason. You have to actually do composites and more complex edits to actually appretiate the time and effort that goes into them, so i don't think most people really understand :P

But yeh NDSP, hmmmm im gonna have to agree with the guys above. The last one looks kinda artsy though, which is nice. Perhaps we could see a larger version in future, see it in its full glory :)

What do you mean by filters? Telling me that Im not going to get a lot of replies is not gonna help me improve :-/ all I want to do is improve, I have tried to download GIMP a few times and have had no luck... its not that im lazy :)

You should also try to use some add-on aircraft, other than the default ones.

I agree. your edits are not very exciting. try useing selection tools and blur effects. ;)

I did use blur effects.. and I would love to put more detail into it... but i cant quite figure out how

To Helms- I usually use add-on aircraft... just these are edits from a thread in which i used default planes
