a little more lighting on the plane and it's good. i agree it's the best yet. i wish i could do that but i only have GIMP. :(

Yep, definitely better, but lighten the plane up as said, maybe add a light source or at least some progression from light to dark in the sky to give it a more '3d' feel....?

I used to use that too, NDSP.  If i were you, though, i would get gimp.  It's a little harder to used, but it's worth it.  If you do, keep paint.net too though, cause there's some things it's better for.  Just a suggestion though.  Nice edit, definitely your best.
