Wondering About Editing...

I use Irfanview to compress my screenshots, but I was wondering if it could be used to edit them  :-?. The best I figured out how to do with a shot was this



All I was able to do was sharpen it and switch a few colors around. I know I basically did nothing to this screenshot but I was wondering if there is more I can do with Paint and Irfanview.

Any comments welcomed

The only thing I've found Irfanview is good for editing wise is adjusting the coloring in a shot.  When you go into Image-Enhance colors you can make a shot look alot better without any expertise.

I wouldn't use Irfanview for doing more than the basics....cropping, sizing, and such.  I would recommend and I think most guys use Paintshop Pro or you can even use GIMP.  Just my opinion.  :)

I would suggest using PSP or GIMP (which is free), I use Paint Shop Pro 9 and Fireworks MX 2004 for my edits, never used Irfanview, and rarly use GIMP, just my thoughts
