LOL its there!! Look closely, just kinda impossible to blur a mono-tonal backround :P

Nice pic, but you should try to get rid of the fuzzy edges of the plane.

Well if you look at the wheels you can clearly see he's tried, but again...you wouldnt be able to see it as the sky is monotone...

some gausion blur on the background would finish this shot off. and maybe not so much motion blur
