I thought you were allowed upto 640 pixels wide in photoshop when i set the height to 800 the width automaticly goes to 640

uncheck the constrain proportions checkbox.

No don't. 1stly that will distort you image, secondly its within the guidelines... ;)

The rules are a max width of 800 pixels and a max weight of 100kb. If they only accepted smaller it would make everyone with 1280x1024 screens have distorted screenshots or tiny ones.

Nice.
Only gripe is, as a Portlander I can tell you that this is the wrong squadron,  the Eagles that fly out of PDX are from the RedHawks, although that is only a small gripe and I realize that this is the only OR ANG scheme for the IRIS F-15.

although I am currently working on a redhawks texture for the CORAL F-15, I just have to correct a few bugs and fix a few compression problems
