Now how do you get the coloring for that? I have some great shots that would look even better if they were looking old, but I never figured out that coloring.

Well buddy I just went to the menu bar I forgot what it was but I saw the old newspaper selction and I selected it, modified it with a little white and tan along with some black for the flak and vuala presto I got it!! Thats asumeing that you have PSP9 Pro. Thats whaty I use for painting and editing!

For what it's worth, I thought your pic should have won the screenshot comp.  It was certainly the best there, and got my vote.
