Alpha's impression and a Challenge!

Postby Alphajet_Enthusiast » Fri Dec 30, 2005 3:35 pm

Yes, yes, you read it right!
Okay, as you may know from the Century of Flight Forum the newest version of flightsim is going to be released next year and it will feature object reflections (such as reflections of aircraft on wet runways), bloom, and animals running about the place, including birds.

So, my idea was to make an impression of what it will be like with photoshop...

I ended up liking it so I did another traditional "edit" version of it ;)

Those are my impressions. My challenge to you guys is to make up your impressions in Photoshop, should be interesting to see what we get! :)
Get cracking!

It's killer, but the reflection should be a little distorted, IMHO. I suppose the water on the runway might be perfectly still, but I've never seen that.
I know I should "put my money where my mouth is", but it's unlikely I'll find the time to come anywhere close to an image like that...so I challenge you to take it from near-perfection to perfection by distorting the reflection a little... ;D
BTW the birds are a nice touch, and blurred perfectly, as the "camera" is tracking the plane, not them. Real nice.
